Advanced Training Course “Modern Methods of University Management”

     From April 10 to April 26, 2025, a hybrid-format defense of proje” ct works took place as part of the professional development course “Modern Methods of University Management". The participants completed the full course program organized by the Department of Theory and Organization of Management in Education (TOMIiOM) in cooperation with the Advanced Training Center of Osh State University. Each participant carried out independent assignments and prepared a final project on a selected topic.

        As part of academic mobility under a bilateral agreement between universities, colleagues from Namangan State University also participated in the course.

       The aim of this course was to improve managerial competencies and to introduce modern approaches in university administration. For Osh International Medical University (OIMU), active development of human resources and enhancing the quality of higher education management remain a priority.
