On May 13, 2025, a recognition ceremony was held for the students of Osh International Medical University who represented the university with dignity at the 5th International Student Scientific and Practical Conference titled “Modern Achievements in Student Medical Science.” The conference took place on April 24, 2025, at the Tashkent Medical Academy.

          More than 1,000 students from 30 countries participated in the event, and an online format was also provided for international students. The conference included themed scientific sections, training sessions aimed at developing professional and personal skills, and presentations of innovative projects.

          Students who honorably represented OIMU in Tashkent:

           We are especially proud to announce that our student Usmanzhan uulu Ilyasbek delivered a presentation titled “Vaccination: Pros and Cons. Arguments and a Scientific Perspective.”
            In his speech, he presented a thorough analysis of current research, evaluated the impact of vaccination on public health, addressed common myths, and provided an objective assessment of the scientific data.  As a result of the conference, Usmanzhan uulu Ilyasbek took 2nd place in his section. All participating students showcased the strong academic and scientific background provided by OIMU.
