In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Measures to Ensure the Safety of Students from Pakistan and India Studying in Medical Educational Institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated May 8, 2025, a preventive meeting was held at Osh International Medical University among international students with the participation of university officials and local law enforcement representatives.

           During the meeting, the university outlined the measures being taken to ensure student safety and highlighted the main provisions of the rules of conduct in dormitories and on campus grounds. In addition, law enforcement officers spoke about potential risks and precautionary measures, as well as available support services and comprehensive assistance offered by local law enforcement authorities.

            The university administration has established a duty schedule for dormitory curators. Awareness-raising activities are being conducted among students.

        The university thanks all students for participating in such meetings and calls for mutual understanding, respect, and adherence to the established rules.
