OIMU Successfully Passes International Accreditation for the Maximum Term of 5 Years
Osh International Medical University proudly announces that it has successfully passed international institutional and program accreditation for a period of 5 years, which is the maximum possible accreditation term.
The accreditation was conducted by the international accreditation agency ААEPО. As part of the procedure, an expert panel consisting of 9 international experts carried out a comprehensive evaluation of the university over a 3-day site visit.
During the visit, the experts thoroughly assessed:
- educational programs,
- academic staff capacity,
- research activities,
- material and technical resources,
- internal quality assurance system.
Following the evaluation, the university confirmed its compliance with international standards in medical education.
The expert panel highlighted the high level of organization of the educational process, the practice-oriented approach to training, and the active development of international cooperation.
Receiving accreditation for the maximum term of 5 years is a significant recognition of the quality of specialist training and confirms the university’s sustainable development in line with international standards.
