At OIMU the process of international accreditation has commenced with the participation of the independent accreditation agency AAEPO.

Currently, the university is undergoing international institutional and program accreditation, which involves a comprehensive evaluation of both the overall institutional performance and its academic programs.

During the visit, the international expert panel will work at the university for three days, conducting a thorough assessment of educational programs, teaching and methodological resources, research activities, and students’ clinical training.

The experts will hold meetings with the university administration, faculty members, students, and graduates, and will also review the university’s infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, and clinical bases.

The purpose of the accreditation is to confirm compliance of OIMU’s educational activities with international standards in medical education and to enhance the university’s competitiveness in the global educational arena.

This international accreditation represents an important milestone in the university’s development and reflects its commitment to continuous improvement and integration into the global academic community.
