On February 19, 2026, a cultural event dedicated to the birthday of the prominent Indian ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was held at the “Eldorado” restaurant in Osh.

The event was organized by Indian students in Osh who study at Osh State University (OSU) and Osh International Medical University (OIMU). The main aim of the celebration was to strengthen cultural ties, preserve national traditions, and bring the student community together.
