On February 20, 2026, Osh International Medical University held a seminar focused on improving internal processes and jointly discussing the university’s key development plans.

The first agenda item provided comprehensive, practical guidance on the implementation of official acts/documents. Participants were briefed on the procedures for putting documents into effect, current requirements, and practical approaches to their application. The discussion continued in a Q&A format.

The second item included an introduction to the University Strategic Development Plan for 2026–2030, followed by an open discussion. Participants shared feedback and suggestions regarding the main directions for strengthening the university’s educational, research, and organizational activities.

OIMU will continue organizing such events to enhance staff awareness, improve management processes, and strengthen teamwork in achieving strategic objectives.
