On January 15, 2026, an official delegation from Osh International Medical University (OIMU) visited Central Asian Medical University (Fergana) and Andijan State Medical Institute.

During the visit, working meetings were held with the leadership of the host institutions. The parties discussed the development of inter-university cooperation, academic mobility of students and faculty, joint research activities, and prospects for implementing collaborative educational and scientific projects.

One of the key highlights of the visit was a guest lecture delivered by Professor Muratov Zh.K. of Osh International Medical University for students of Central Asian Medical University. The lecture focused on актуал (current) issues in modern medical science and education, attracted strong interest from the audience, and was followed by an active professional discussion.

At the conclusion of the visit, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening partnership relations and expressed readiness to expand cooperation in education, research, and international activities.
