OIMU is holding a series of meetings where senior students share their experience with junior students and introduce elective courses. The aim of these sessions is to help first-year and lower-year students better understand the content and specifics of electives and make an informed choice.

During the discussions, senior students explain what topics are covered in each elective, how classes are organized, what assignments and assessment formats are used, and what skills students can gain. Junior students ask questions about workload, practical value, and recommendations for choosing electives based on their interests and future specialization.

This peer-mentoring format strengthens the student community, supports academic culture, and increases motivation to learn. The university encourages initiatives that help students navigate their educational pathway and select courses that match their goals and professional interests.
