On December 24, 2025, a regular meeting of the Academic Council was held at Osh International Medical University.

During the meeting, important issues related to the quality of education and the organization of the academic process were discussed.

The first agenda item focused on organizing a diagnostic assessment of the knowledge level of first-year students, as well as evaluating residual knowledge of students in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th years. The working committee, chaired by B. M. Orunbaeva, presented an analysis of the results and outlined future development prospects.

The second agenda item addressed the analysis of the outcomes of industrial (clinical) practice for the 2024–2025 academic year. The Head of Practice, E. Nishankulova, presented the key findings, highlighted existing challenges, and identified future goals and objectives.

Following the meeting, appropriate decisions were adopted aimed at improving the quality of student training and further developing the university’s educational activities.
