On December 2, 2025, at 14:00, Osh International Medical University held an event aimed at implementing Presidential Decree No. 369 dated December 18, 2024, “Unguzholu – National Spirit to Global Heights.”

A special action plan for the implementation of the decree was approved at OMMU. Within this plan, regular curatorial classes are conducted to preserve national values, strengthen moral development, and cultivate spiritually rich and ethically responsible individuals.

According to the approved plan, an informational event dedicated to widely promoting Unguzholu was held on December 2. The invited speakers were:

           Mr. Zarlykbek Soltoev, Senior Lecturer at Osh State University;

           Mrs. Gulnaz Chynykeyeva, PhD in History, Associate Professor at Osh State University.

The speakers provided detailed information on the key directions of Unguzholu: strengthening national identity, balancing spiritual and material values, enhancing the role of national upbringing, and fostering patriotic and responsible citizens.

At the end of the event, participants emphasized the importance of integrating the principles of “National Spirit – Global Heights” into the educational and upbringing processes.
