Minimum Threshold Scores Approved for University Admissions
The Ministry of Education and Science has approved the minimum threshold scores for university admission across the country.
To apply for state-funded (grant) and contract-based programs, the minimum threshold is:
— 110 points for the main test,
— 60 points for subject-specific tests.
Minimum scores for different areas of study are as follows:

For pedagogical education programs:
— 130 points for state-funded seats,
— 115 points for contract-based enrollment. -
For healthcare-related programs:
— 120 points for state-funded seats,
— 110 points for contract-based enrollment. -
For agriculture and agricultural sciences:
— 100 points for both grant and contract-based admission.
The subject test threshold for these fields remains 60 points.
For applicants with disabilities (Groups I and II), children with disabilities since childhood, orphans, and children without parental care (except for medical and pharmaceutical programs), the threshold score for the main test is set at 90 points — applicable for both grant and contract-based forms of study.
Admissions Schedule for Universities in Kyrgyzstan Approved for the 2025/26 Academic Year
The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan has issued an official order approving the admission campaign schedule for the 2025/2026 academic year. According to the order, selection and enrollment of applicants based on National Admission Test (ORT) results will take place in 5 rounds:
Round 1: July 14–19
Round 2: July 21–26
Round 3: July 28 – August 2
Round 4: August 4–9
Round 5: August 11–16
If seats remain vacant after the 5th round, universities will publish additional recommendation lists from August 18 to 20.
