Dear students and faculty,
On February 9, in observance of the International Epilepsy Day, Osh International Medical University will host an event in the lecture hall to raise awareness about epilepsy and teach essential first-aid skills.

A well-known specialist, Azizbek Paizbekovich Karaev, a top-category neurologist, will deliver a lecture titled:
“Epilepsy: Signs, Causes, Diagnosis, and Basics of Treatment”,
and will also conduct a master class on:
“First Aid During an Epileptic Seizure (Correct Actions and Common Mistakes)”.

The event is open to everyone (students, faculty, and staff).
Goal: to gain an accurate understanding of epilepsy, reduce stigma, and learn how to provide proper help in emergencies.
