On December 17–18, 2025, an International Scientific and Practical Conference titled
“Topical Issues of Biomedical Sciences and Education” will be held in Osh.
The event is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the prominent scientist and healthcare leader, R.M. Toychuev, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Honored Worker of Science and Healthcare of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Senior Researcher.

The conference is organized by the Research Institute of Biomedical Problems of the Southern Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, in cooperation with Osh State University, Osh International Medical University, and the Osh Regional Scientific and Medical Society of Anatomists, Histologists, and Embryologists (NMOAHE).

The event will be held in a hybrid format, combining offline and online participation.
Official working languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
The main topics cover a wide range of fields — from internal, surgical, and infectious diseases to artificial intelligence in medicine and student research. Master classes are also planned.

Following the conference, a collection of scientific articles will be published and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
Participation is free of charge.

Deadlines for participation:

• Submission of applications – until December 5, 2025;

• Submission of full texts of reports and articles – until December 10, 2025.
