As part of socio-pedagogical work with international students, curators of OMMU regularly visit dormitories where students reside. These visits are conducted according to an approved schedule and aim to support students, monitor living conditions, and carry out preventive measures.

During the visits, curators meet with students to discuss current issues related to their daily lives and adaptation to university life, providing assistance in resolving any difficulties. Special attention is given to sanitary and living conditions, compliance with internal regulations, and dormitory rules.

After inspecting the living spaces, curators conduct informative conversations with students. They are reminded about fire safety rules, especially in shared spaces like kitchens, and are informed about the health risks associated with smoking, alcohol consumption, energy drinks, and low-alcohol beverages.

In light of the recent international incident between Pakistan and India, particular attention was given to ensuring the safety of international students. Curators explained the importance of adhering to the established rules, avoiding leaving the dormitory without valid reasons, and staying vigilant.

The OMMU administration emphasizes that monitoring and supporting students in both academic and social spheres remains a priority of the socio-pedagogical process. Such efforts help students successfully adapt to university life and contribute to the formation of independent and responsible individuals ready to face future challenges.
