On February 21, 2025, during a regular meeting of the Administrative Council of Osh International Medical University (OIMU), the issue of preparing the annual post-monitoring report on the implementation of the recommendations by the expert commission of the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs
(AAOPO) for the accredited educational program 560001 "General Medicine" (5- and 6-year tracks) was discussed.

It is worth noting that OIMU underwent program accreditation from February 20 to 22, 2023. During the review of the preliminary report, OIMU's Rector, Associate Professor R.M. Dzhumaev, proposed to revise the composition of the working group and to appoint the Vice-Rector for Academic and Scientific Affairs, Associate Professor K.Sh. Sakibaev, as the chairperson of the group responsible for preparing the post-monitoring report. As emphasized by the President of the university, Professor Zh.K. Muratov, Associate Professor Sakibaev's professional experience and scientific achievements will help strengthen the university's academic and scientific policy and contribute to its further advancement. The proposal was unanimously approved by the Council.
Post-accreditation monitoring remains a vital tool for ensuring educational quality and fostering the continuous development of the university.

Additionally, the meeting included a discussion of the outcomes of the visit to Jalal-Abad State University, which took place on February 19, 2025.
During the visit, OIMU representatives exchanged experience with colleagues, studied JaSU's educational methodologies, and outlined potential avenues for further collaboration.
